[FATAL] [1672221559.056506656]: Error reading from file: wanted 2421124739 bytes, read 59774 bytes

rosbag을 다른 컴퓨터에서 가져와 rosbag play를 실행 하였을 때 발생하였다.

rosbag reindex xxx.bag

이렇게 reindex를 하고나면 정상적으로 rosbag play 가 실행된다.
