Are you passionate about using machine learning to drive robot behavior? Curious what you’d be able to accomplish with total access to Boston Dynamics robots?

As a Research Scientist on the Atlas team, you will join a world-class team of engineers and scientists focused on creating next-generation robot mobility and manipulation. Our team is interested in exploring new approaches to programming robot behaviors that leverage the latest techniques in reinforcement learning and behavior cloning. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, training, and integrating learned models with existing subsystems to expand the behavioral capabilities of Atlas to solve challenging manipulation tasks. 

 

How you will make an impact:

• Creatively apply machine learning to solve real-world bimanual manipulation problems
• Write high-quality (documented, tested, maintainable) Python and C++ code
• Lead design reviews and collaborate closely with members of the Atlas software team
• Deploy and debug your code on Atlas

 

We are looking for:

• MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field
• Prior experience training and deploying learned models to create complex behaviors in robots or simulated characters
• Experience with common ML tools, architectures, and workflows
• Strong analytical and debug skills

 

Nice to have:

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field
• Experience working with and contributing to large codebases
• Experience working with robot hardware

이를 검색해보면 다음과 같다.

이국 이민관련 사이트에 검색 결과 같다. 미국 시민구너자 또는 영주권자들이 워크퍼밋 없이 가능한 것.

결국 No.를 선택해야 한다.

취업을 하기 위해서 보스턴 다이나믹스가 스폰을 해줘야 하는지에 대한 질문. 

나의 경우 필요하다. 고로 yes를 선택

Will you someday require Boston Dynamics to sponsor work authorization for you to be hired in the United States of America?*

앞의 질문과 비슷한거 같은데 'will'로 지금은 필요 없지만 나중에 필요한 경우에 대해 말하는 것 같다. 앞과 같은 상황이라 생각해서 yes를 선택

미국 군인이 아니였으니 VETERAN(퇴역 군인)이 아니다.

 

Self Identify

이 부분은 찾아보니깐 연방법에 의해서 장애 여부 작성을 하는 것이라고 한다.

스크린샷에는 잘렸는데 date를 쓰라해서 찾아보니 Name에는 본인 이름, Date에는 작성 일자를 쓰는 것이라고 한다.

서약서? 같은 개념인 것 같다.

이렇게 작성을 마무리 했다.

사실 될거라는 생각은 전혀 없고 ㅋㅋㅋ그냥 생각이 난 김에 써봤다.

최근에 싱가폴 관련해서 이야기를 듣고 해외 취업의 메인 국가를 싱가폴로 생각을 해보고 있다.

취업 준비를 본격적으로 하기에 앞서 회사 리스트부터 먼저 만들 계획이다.
